Travel planning and dates

To help you plan your travels, we are only planning a welcome cocktail function at 5.30pm on Sunday April 5th. The talks will start the next day (April 6th) in the morning. If you are staying at the hotel, the Sunday night accommodation is included in your conference fee (check in 5th April and check out 11th April).

The conference will go up until 5pm on Friday April 10th. We are planning shuttles to the airport for everyone in the morning on Saturday April 11th. If you are staying at the hotel, the Friday night accommodation is included in your conference fee.

If you are leaving the conference earlier, or arriving late, please let us know in advance so we can help organise a shuttle to the airport.
