Registration

The registration costs are:

Private accommodation (private room with en suite bathroom) - R42 326.00  
Shared accommodation in a villa (private room, shared facilities) - R39 144.50

Both types of accommodation can support an accompanying guest in your room. 

Accompanying guest - R18 661.00.

The above includes accommodation, breakfast and lunch, dinner on Wednesday and conference dinner on Thursday, and all conference fees (conference fees not included for the accompanying guest).

The registration costs are in the currency of the South African Rand (ZAR or R). The equivalent values in Euros (EUR or €) are approximately ~€2,200 (private accommodation) and ~€2,000 (shared accommodation), however this is only indicative and subject to the exchange rate. All payments must be made in ZAR. Payment details for credit card or bank transfer will be sent after submission of the registration form.

If you are arriving before 5 April 2026 or departing after 11 April 2026, this will need to be arranged directly with the hotel on 021-876 8900 or via email with Portia Africa on banqueting@lefranschhoek.co.za.  Please ensure that you use the booking confirmation number sent to you by the hotel when requesting to stay additional nights, so that you will not be moved from the room originally allocated to you.
